DIRECTIONS - The
Heart Center at St. Marks
St. Mark's Hospital is located at
1200 E. 3900 South in Salt Lake City, Utah
From the North:
Take I-15 South to the I-80 interchange. Exit I-15 to
I-80 East (toward the mountains). Exit I-80 East at 700 East and turn right,
heading south. Follow 700 East to 3900 South. Turn left on 3900 South and head
east. You will see the hospital on your right, about five blocks down.
From the South:
Take I-15 North to the 4500 South Exit. Exit I-15 at
4500 South and turn right, heading east (toward the mountains). Follow 4500
South to 700 East. Turn left on 700 East, heading north. Follow 700 East to 3900
South. Turn right on 3900 South, heading east. You will see the hospital on your
right, about five blocks down.
From the East:
Take I-80 West to 700 South. Exit I-80 at 700 East and
turn left, toward the south. Follow 700 East to 3900 South. Turn left on 3900
South, heading east (toward the mountains). You will see the hospital on your
right, about five blocks down.
From the West:
Take I-80 East to I-15 South. Take I-15 South to the
I-80 East interchange. Follow I-80 East to the 700 East Exit. Exit I-80 at 700
East and turn right, heading south on 700 East. Follow 700 East to 3900 South.
Turn left heading east (toward the mountains). You will see the hospital on your
right about five blocks down.
DIRECTIONS AT ST. MARKS HOSPITAL:
(2nd floor, North Medical Office Building)
From the main entrance:
Turn down the first corridor on your right. Take the elevators, which are
down the hall and to the right, up to the 2nd floor, suite 2000.
From the emergency entrance:
Turn right and wrap around the outside of the Emergency
Room waiting area, toward the main lobby. Once in the lobby, you will see a
corridor ahead of you and to your right, next to the main doors. Enter that
corridor and take the elevators down the hall on your right to the 2nd floor,
suite 2000.
From the East Medical Office
entrance: After you enter the building, turn
right and pass through the automatic doors, past the community pharmacy, toward
the Emergency Room. Turn right and walk around the outside of the Emergency Room
waiting area, toward the main lobby. Once in the lobby, you will see a corridor
ahead of you to your right, next to the main doors. Enter that corridor and take
the elevators that are down the hall on your right, up to the 2nd floor, suite
2000.
*Note: Cardiac Rehabilitation is in the North Medical
Office Building, 3rd floor, Suite 3000. Cardiac Cath Lab is located in the main
hospital, 2nd floor, West wing.
